La Nuit Sauvage: Wear Local!

A special thanks to Global Television for including me in a television feature about La Nuit Sauvage and Calgary's culturehouse, Theatre Junction Grand. This Saturday there will be a fundraiser at Theatre Junction where the culturehouse will be transformed into a mysterious, macabre and magical place where conventional reality gives way to mystery and illusion. So what exactly do you wear to such an event? This television segment was about just that.

In this feature, I am wearing a more edgy look - one that reminds me of Steampunk fashion. It feels like a delicate mixture of edgy, sci-fi, fantasy meets lacy-feminine. Capes are popular this season and I enjoyed wearing this accent piece, which was part of a body suit. All clothing and accessories I am wearing in this feature are by local Calgary designers N.R.T. Fashions and Kat Marks . The other models are also wearing the beautiful local styles of Bamboo Ballroom and Modern Menswear .
